"The most important thing I, or any other therapist, can do is offer an authentic healing relationship from which patients can draw whatever they need".

ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I am a fully trained Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling from the Minster Centre in London (https://www.minstercentre.ac.uk). I am a registered member of the BACP (membership number 00971363) with a background in HR and hospitality.
What is therapy and how can it help?
Therapy offers a confidential space in which to talk and explore your feelings, thoughts and actions and so develop a better understanding of yourself and others. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space from which this exploration can happen.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on various theories and methods to best support you. With a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, I believe in the healing power of connection. I will work with you as a whole person, considering your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and the physiological responses in your body.
You might be struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, unhealthy behaviours or low self-worth. Or perhaps you are at a crossroads in your work or a relationship that you would like the time and help to think about. Some people come to therapy with very specific goals and other people have more broad or general needs. Either is fine.
Sessions take place once a week at the same time and day and last 50 minutes. I work predominantly in person from rooms in Queens Park and Gloucester Rd, London, but I can also offer online sessions for flexibility.
Send me an email and we can organise an initial phone call.
